In Capto Studio: Settings → API Key. Add Issuer ID, Key ID, and import your .p8. The key needs App Manager or Admin access in App Store Connect.

Settings → Capto Pro → Restore. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Cancel or manage renewals in Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Quick answers

Upload fails with an auth error

Re-check Issuer ID and Key ID, re-import the .p8, confirm the key is active in App Store Connect, and that the key role can manage the target app.

Wrong screenshot size rejected

Confirm the project display class matches the Connect slot (iPhone 6.9" or iPad 13") before export or upload.

Hit a Free limit

Free includes 2 local projects and 1 language per project. Capto Pro unlocks unlimited projects and languages. See Pricing.

Pro AI isn’t available

AI localize and listing write/adapt are Capto Pro features. Confirm your subscription is active, then try Restore in Settings → Capto Pro.
